Thanks to everyone who came to the Presentation Evening last Friday. There was a good turnout and it was lovely to see so many people there to celebrate the achievements of the season.

Thanks to everyone who donated raffle or auction prizes, which were the best selection we’ve ever had. The raffle and auction were a success and the night as whole raised over £1,600 for club funds.

Thanks to Leonora, Jim and the bar staff for their hospitality, and to Stefano for the pizzas.

Many of you have rightly pointed out that the announcement of the date of the Presentation Night was too late and people may have made other plans. This is a very fair point, and next year’s date will be announced in May, to give everyone plenty of notice.

Lastly can I let you know that the date of the AGM is Wednesday 12 November, at 8pm at the club. Looking forward to seeing lots of you there – there is much to discuss.
