To start with good news from a damp Saturday: the 4s won despite the rain and are league champions! Many congratulations to Dan and everyone who represented the 4s this year. A great success that is celebrated through the whole club. We bowled Wycombe House out for 131 and got them for 6, Haseeb Shahid steering us home with 53.

The 1s beat Kay Plus, making 180-7 (James Harris 66) and kept them to 98-6 in reduced overs, winning by DLS. The 2s also won – and move to 3rd in the table – by beating Wembley. We kept them to 133 and got them for 2 (Zach Fry 66).

The 3s had a no-result against Indian Gymkhana, Ravi Badale taking 5-41 in their 202 and we made 75-2 before it rained. The 5s lost to Twickenham and the 6s were rained-off without a ball being bowled – a result which lifts them off the bottom of the table!

On Sunday we had two home games. At HQ we held Incogs to a draw, they made 292-6 and we finished 127-9 with 50 for Connie Nur Shah. At Chiswick House we lost to Phoenix.
